Firestone on Abercorn in Savannah, GA did an outstanding job fixing my flat tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. They got me taken care of quickly and made the whole experience easy. Because of the way they treated me and the quality of their work, they have exclusively earned my business moving forward. Highly recommend this location!

We found a bolt in our tire. We dropped our car off on Friday and because we had to order Tire we picked it up on Monday and during the whole process they were very good at keeping us informed of what was going on. They kept our car very safe and their attitudes were amazing. And they made us aware of all the products to give us a better rate. Thanks to Derek and Jackie and the rest of the team. I recently stopped by for an oil change and, as always, Jackie provided an outstanding experience. From the moment I walk in, I feel completely at ease knowing my vehicle is in good hands. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail give me confidence that everything is being handled properly and thoroughly. What I appreciate most is how proactive she is. She takes the time to explain upcoming maintenance needs and helps me stay ahead of potential issues, which gives me peace of mind and helps keep my vehicle running at its best. Most of these reviews are AI this is not. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my car here to do a full inspection on my car from carvana right off the truck. I told them to do a full vehicle inspection and check every single thing on the car. They were with my car for maybe 10mins. Said my car was perfect. Said all my fluids where fine. Almost 0 coolant in the car. Said the oil is fine. Oil is almost blacker then the night sky. Tires are in great condition. The back right tire has nails in it and has been repaired poorly but didn't mention. They do not care about your car, they only care about rotating cars in and out as fast as possible for money. Then tried charging me multiple times after the inspection was approved by silverrock insurance for them to cover it.

These guys were AWESOME!!! We were visiting for the weekend from Atlanta, and the previous night my app alerted me to low tire pressure that got even lower that morning. We googled tire places near us and stopped at Firestone. They were friendly and professional as soon as we walked in. They were going to put air in my tires (I have run flats), but I also asked them to inspect the tire for holes. We immediately saw a screw in the tire. They said they could get me in and fix it in 20-30 minutes. We got picked up, went to brunch and they emailed me they were done while we were still there. I was so appreciative, especially since we had a 4 hour road trip, and had kids in the car. They had us back up and running in no time! And the best part is that we had previously purchased their hazard and roadside assistance in Atlanta from a different visit, so it was free! When we pulled up we even got greeted at the door with our keys. Such awesome service! Thank you Jaelyne for great service! I highly recommend!
